当社は主に丸太皮剥機、ベニヤ剥離機、ベニヤ切断機、ベニヤ乾燥機、合板ホットプレス機、グルースプレッダー、コールドプレス機、合板舗装機、合板エッジ切断機、研削盤を製造・供給しています。すべての合板は顧客の要件に応じて機械をカスタマイズできます。 DD ソーとも呼ばれる合板エッジングマシンは、完成したボードのサイズ要件を満たすように未加工のボードを切断するために使用されます。ベニヤの製造時には、合板のサイズが要件を満たしているかどうかが確認されますが、指定された要件に応じて、通常はまだ余裕のあるサイズが残ります。そのため、ホットプレス後の合板は指定サイズよりも若干大きくなります。トリミングにより、残りのエッジが削除されます。この製材機は臨沂市の一流製材ラインです。当社の鋸ラインの生産量は毎年400セットに達します。
